Q1. How do I know if the area is big enough for the castle?

Q1 Answer: Please allow for the size of the bouncy castle, which you can find in the size tab. Plus 2ft to width and 5ft to length to allow our operators to safely secure and erect an inflatable.

Q2. Can you place a bouncy castle on uneven ground or hard standing?

Q2 Answer: The ground area must be at a reasonable level. Otherwise, it may be unsafe to place an inflatable. We do consider hard standing bookings, you need to contact us first before booking as we would have to drill the inflatables in at extra cost!

Q3. What are the access width requirements?

Q3 Answer: Access must be appropriate to the inflatable, you can find the specific requirements of the unit you choose in the size tab.

Q4. What's the farthest distance I can have the bouncy castle away from the mains?

Q4 Answer: Electric mains should be within 45 meters of the back of the castle.

Q5. Can we hire an inflatable indoor?

Q5 Answer: If you wish for the inflatable to be inside, then please make sure the room has sufficient height with a foot of clearance. If the unit does not fit you will be charged for the hire as it's up to you to make sure it fits.

Q6. What happens when the weather turns bad?

Q6 Answer: If the weather conditions are really bad then we have the right to cancel your order as these conditions are not suitable and safe for us to hire to you.

Q7: What time can I expect my bouncy castle to arrive?

Q7 Answer: We will deliver the inflatable anytime from 7.30 am to 12 pm or an agreed time that we agreed upon.

Q8. When do I pay?

Q8 Answer: Payment is on delivery unless you have already paid in full prior. However, we do require you to pay a 20% booking fee (this comes off your total price) atleast a week before your delivery to secure the booking.

Q9. When do you collect the bouncy castle?

Q9 Answer: We start collections at the previously agreed time or after 5 pm. We do offer a late-night pick up or overnight hire for an additional charge.

Q10. What happens if I damage the equipment?

Q10 Answer: If there is any damage to any of our equipment you will be billed for the repair cost and any additional damages that may incur.

Q11. Is the bouncy castle cheaper if I only book it for 4 or 2 hours?

Q11 Answer: The price of the item you want is still the same price for 2 or 4 hours as it is for the day. This is due to it not being able to be booked out the same day.
