Terms & Conditions for Hire
Including Terms and Conditions of hire - It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the said equipment. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
1.The equipments maximum user amount and height restrictions are found on the equipment and should be followed at all times, this is to prevent injury due to over crouding. This is due to safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons.
2.Any inflatables must be secured to the ground at all times and must not to be moved or repositioned by any unotharised persons at all times.
3. No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the equipment which will avoid choking and mess. Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.
4.All shoes, badges and jewellery (e.g. large earings, necklaces, ect.) needs to be removed to avoid any injuries to the user or others and prevent any damages to the equipment. Adults must remove all types of shoes before stepping onto the matts.
6. No hard or sharp objects are to be taken onto the equipment or anything large enough to block the entrances and extis.
7. Balloons are strictly not allowed on the equipment to prevent choking and litter.
8. No party poppers, henna, oil based face paints and silly string are to be used near or on the equipment as these may permanently stain or damage the equipment.
9. Any type of liquid is strictly prohibited to be poured or sprayed on the equipment (other than reasonable cleaning agents) to avoid any slipping hazards, damages and prolonged moisture. This can result in subsequent bookings to be cancelled or additional time and resources used to clean and dry the equipment, which if the hirer is found guilty of, additional chargers will be applied*.
10. Inflatables must not be operated with wind speeds or gusts of over 24mph, heavy rain or storms. If the weather conditions worsen on the day of hire we may call you to switch off the equipment and in the last resort have the right to collect the equipment.
11. In event of light rain all users should be taken off the equipment. Do not switch off the blower. Cover the blower with an object such as a table or one of the safety matts. Once the rain has stopped make sure that the entrance of the inflatable is dryed off with a towel before users are allowed back on the equipment.
12.No smoking, barbecuses, glass or animals should be on or near the equipment.
13. Reckless, dangerous and anti-social behaviour must not be allowed on or near the equipment.
14. Avoid the equipment being used by older and younger children at the same time.
15. Climbing, hanging and sitting on the inflatables walls or not in the designated areas may lead to serious harm to the children, therefore is not allowed at all times.
16. Users must use all slides one person at a time in sitting position, feet first. Users must not climb up or jump off the top of the slides to avoid any injuries.
17. Safety matts must always be positioned at the bottom of slides.
18. Jumping on the front step of the inflatables is strictly prohibited.
19. Anyone with a history of back or neck issues are not permitted on the inflatables.
20. Users are strictly prohibited on the inflatables during the inflation or deflation.
21. The blower attached to the inflatables must be unobstructed at all times, in the event of an overheating or loss of power, immediately remove all users on the inflatable and cease power at the mains. After a two minute reset, restore the power. If this fails, please contact us immediately.
22. Olaf`s Bouncy Castle Hire Doncaster must be reported of any injury requiring proffesional treatment as soon as possible. Any serious accidents must be treated immediately. A detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to OBCHD.
23. You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If unsure about anything, please feel free to contact us.
24. A picture of the set up is to be taken due to insurance purposes, if you agree for the image to be used in our social media, advertising and on our website.
25. Be sure to leave the any inflatables inflated at all times unless told so otherwise during your hire and do not under any circumstances touch the electrics, if you encounter any problem call us straight away.
26.A 20% booking fee is required a minimum of 7 days before the delivery date to secure your booking. We have the right to cancel your booking if this is not paid(see point 27 for exceptions) . The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
27. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your hire, it needs to be a minimum 72h before the delivery date, if you wish to do this you would have a choice of three options:
- lose your 20% booking fee
-move the booking fee with for the same castle to a different date
-move the booking fee with a different castle for a alternative date
If due to bad weather on the day and you wish to cancel we need to know before 7am. Then we will again move your deposit to a new date as long as your preferred castle/item is available.
If we have to cancel your hire due to high winds or bad weather your deposit will be moved to another date or refunded.
If we arrive and access or area is not suitable for us to deliver the castle you may be charged for the hire or lose the deposit to cover costs of the delivery.
If the garden area is not suitable or occupied by other itmes we will also have the right to refuse delivery and cancel your order.It is in every ones best interests to make sure that the area is clean and tidy for us to use.
28. Please note we deliver all our castles in a clean and good condition we would be grateful for you to make sure they come back to us how they arrived. Otherwise you may incur a cleaning fee.
29. Delivery times are only approximate. However we try our very best to be able to deliver by a specified time or within any time constraints.
30.In case of the delivery being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the equipment will be delivered to the customer at our earliest convenience. Olafs Bouncy Castle Hire Doncaster cannot be held liable for any negative effects this may have.
31. Disclamer has to be signed before leaving the premises.
*Any damages to our equipment will lead to the hirer being charged for repairs, purchase of new quipment, any booking cancelations or potential losses. The full amount charged is to be decided by Olaf`s Bouncy Castle Hire Doncaster to fully compensate the damage. Third party opinions are not considered.

Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out. Our telephone operating hours are 08:00 - 20:00.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that our products are situated in an accessible area, and that you have cleared the required and access area of any blockages, mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space, accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
